Emotionally Support Animal (ESA) Evalutions

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) can provide meaningful comfort and emotional support for individuals living with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other qualifying diagnoses. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I provide comprehensive ESA evaluations for Florida residents to determine whether an ESA is clinically appropriate as part of your treatment. The evaluation includes a clinical assessment of your mental health history, current symptoms, level of functioning, and the ways an emotional support animal may help reduce the impact of your condition. If you meet the clinical criteria and an ESA is determined to be a beneficial part of your treatment plan, I will provide a professionally written ESA letter that complies with Florida requirements. The fee for the ESA evaluation and letter is $90. Please note that an ESA letter cannot be guaranteed, as it is only provided when clinically appropriate based on the evaluation.
